Listing correction — a venue has wrong info
Include the slug from the venue's URL (e.g. /p/{slug}) and what's incorrect. Our data refreshes from Google Places approximately every 10 days, so if the issue is already fixed on Google, it will propagate to Florence.city on the next refresh.

Listing removal — a venue owner wants their place removed from Florence.city
Include proof that you operate the venue (a business email, a domain match, a verifiable association). We will review and act on legitimate requests.
